Home Stages Designs is proud to offer our new On-line Home Staging service to those who wish to Do-It-Yourself. We have made the process available at your fingertips. Simply email us 2 to 4 pictures (pls. no more than this amount) of the rooms you wish to stage (pictures must be at two different angels of each room) with good lighting and the CEO of Home Stages Designs will email you instructions in staging your rooms professionally.
Staging a home prior to placing on the market is essential in getting a higher appraisal value and listing price for your home. Home Stages Designs offers this On-Line service for interior and exterior staging on homes that are entering into the market only. Staging a home for market is not personalized as is Interior Design, it is a design tool specialized for designing a home to SELL.

The cost for our on-line STAGING SERVICE is $30 per room. When purchasing your staging service please enter the # of rooms you want "staged" at checkout with PayPal and once payment has cleared and we have received your photos, we will e-mail your report, within 48 hours, to the e-mail you provide to us at checkout. We have made this process as easy as possible to those who need their homes staged immediately. Our reports are filled with "easy" and "detailed" instructions of our professional "opinion" in properly staging the rooms and exteriors of your home. This is an absolute MUST when preparing a home for the Real Estate market.

HOW TO EMAIL DIGITAL PHOTOS
You will first need to transfer your Digital Photos from
your camera to your computer. Do this how you normally would. For multiple
photos it is best to save them in a "folder" on your
desktop. Once you have your photos transferred and saved to your
computer, you are ready to Email your Digital Photos. We recommend
"editing" your photos prior to emailing and this can be done by
clicking the "auto correct" link in your picture editor.
In your new email window you will see a box that says Attach or Add Attachment.
Look for that link and click it. Then you will need to search for the photo or
photos you wish to attach and open it. You will notice the attachment in your
email. You can attach more photos if you wish. Then send your email as you
normally would.
This process is very simple and quick with High Speed internet.
