Our products ship on CD-ROM and ELECTRONICALLY. Home Stages Designs is the Author and sole Owner of the entire content we sell, our intellectual properties are protected by International and Domestic Copyright Laws.
Opened Product - Is defined as, product that has been shipped by Home Stages Designs, then, received by purchaser, then, any and all of our packaging has been opened. This constitutes "opened product" therefore a refund or return, will in no way be accepted. Our training CD is factory sealed and can not be resold once packaging and seal is opened.

Designs for sale to your customers, and not in any other manner or for any
