Opened Product - Is defined as, product that has been shipped by Home Stages Designs, then, received by purchaser, then, any and all of our packaging has been opened. This constitutes "opened product" therefore a refund or return, will in no way be accepted.

Our company will not accept damaged product returns on damages caused by neglect or intent, which is the normal standard in industry. After damaged or defective materials are receive by Home Stages Designs, and inspected for damage. We will ship you a replacement within 2 to 3 working days.
